Kelgren design the firearm. He later formed the 3rd largest firearm manufacturer in the USA, Kel-Tec. (small world) Garcia formed Intratec after Interdynamic closed. Garcia wanted a cheaper version of the KG-99 and finally the Tec-9 was created. The KG-99 and above are good firearms for what they are. The Tec-9 can be good if you prepare it.
The chart below shows the approximate first serial number. Kel tec ksg serial number lookup. If there's an empty field (assuming you have typed the serial number previously) it looks like there is a problem with read/write rights to the DUNE 2 folders. A friend has one that I haven't seen yet. I asked for the serial number and he advised it is CCB##. Does this seem right? If so, how old would that serial number make the gun out to be?
